Flooring can be booked with or without a kitchen.
Most flooring work naturally comes with kitchen installations, but it can also be a separate job — especially for living rooms, bedrooms and connected spaces where the floor needs to flow properly from one area to another.

Do you fit flooring without installing a kitchen?
Yes. Kitchen installations remain the main focus, but flooring can also be booked for living rooms, bedrooms and other suitable rooms.
Can you level the floor first?
Yes, where the subfloor condition allows it. I can include plywood, levelling compound or local preparation in the quote after checking the site.
Do you install all vinyl flooring?
No. I install LVT click flooring, but I do not install sheet vinyl, Karndean or thin glue-down vinyl products.
Which areas do you cover?
Main areas are York, Selby, Hambleton and nearby North Yorkshire locations, with selected work around Goole and Tadcaster depending on the job.
